The app offers an interactive recharge score and personalized tips to feel better, as well as a toolbox with restorative tools (high quality meditations, 3D sound journeys, visualization music, breathing module, positive affirmations) to recharge and repair. Envol was created from a powerful personal healing story: Julie, the co-founder, was in a wheelchair for 4 years, and healed herself using the concept of Envol.
