Fame Lab is a leading social marketing cloud that delivers authentic engagement on Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook Pages. Famelab App helps people gain more recognition and exposure on social media. The main challenge of the design process was to research user's behaviors while operating within social media. We held user interviews to find the value we were to bring basing on the conventional patterns and the principles of user experience.
