"Let's shake it": The HSE24 app inspires with an innovative and so far unique function - the Shake Feature. This makes shopping fun and easy: Customers interested in the product shown in the live show simply open the HSE24 shopping app, shake their smartphone briefly and the article is displayed with all the relevant details. This makes the ordering process much faster, as there is no need to search for the desired product first.
As of 2019, HSE24 launched the native app, which allows products to be purchased directly in the live stream without having to leave the current show. HSE24 is still the only dealer in Germany and Austria to offer a shopping function directly from the stream. With the new shaking feature, which was developed entirely in-house, HSE24 is now making the shopping experience even more attractive and user-friendly as part of its omnichannel strategy.
This is very well received by HSE24 customers: The conversion rate rose by more than 25 percent thanks to the new function. More than 230,000 users (iOS and Android) have now installed the app and most of them have commented positively. In the Google Play Store, the app received a user rating of 4.9 - iPhone users rated the app with 4.6 of a possible 5 stars.
