In physical stores we are committed to keeping our promise with trained, motivated and qualified staff while offering the same service online, without a qualified staff to address customer’s needs, was a real challenge. To keep strong our positioning we have implemented an innovative and functional tool inside the app: the "Skin Analyzer".
This tool supports customers understanding their skin type and finding the rights products.
