The Happy Habit

As an internationally recognized, multi-award winning meditation teacher, Fleur Chambers heard time and time again from her students how overwhelming the large meditation apps could be for both new and experienced meditators. Whilst well intentioned, many large meditation apps were leaving people feeling overwhelmed by the volume of teachers, guided meditations, styles and topics. People wanted to relax, but were left feeling overwhelmed.

People were wondering:
How do I know this teacher is professionally trained?
Will this meditation actually help me feel happier in life?
Is this practice backed by science?

So Fleur created The Happy Habit — a boutique meditation app with one meditation teacher, one science backed framework for inner happiness and infinite possibilities to relax, connect, and transform. When people listen to the Happy Habit, they can relax knowing that every meditation is backed by science and a positive step towards inner happiness.

Original in its design, created by a meditation teacher and custom designed and built in Melbourne Australia by Wave Digital, The Happy Habit feels like having your very own meditation guide and happiness coach. Fleur personally writes back to every email, offering app users an intimate experience. Proceeds from The Happy Habit go towards supporting grass roots projects that tackle poverty in some of the poorest communities in the world. Fleur believes that we can improve our own lives, and the lives of others, one meditation at a time. Combining science, spirituality, community and philanthropy, there isn’t another app like it.

Catering to both new and experienced meditators, The Happy Habit contains unique features such as:

CREATE - This feature helps people who are new to meditation develop a regular meditation practice. Simply choose a time you want to meditate everyday, and for the next 10 or 30 days you will receive a 4 minute micro meditation and some words of encouragement. The fun part — these meditations disappear after 24 hours so it encourages users to press play so they don’t miss out. Habit creation!

GROW - This feature helps put the user into the driver's seat of their one precious life. With 10 science backed pathways for inner happiness, users get to decide which topic will move their happiness dial on any given day. No more reliance on others, users become their own happiness expert.

EXPLORE - This feature is dynamic and has new additions all the time. Feel like listening to beautiful meditation music by internationally recognized composer Pablo Arellano? Keen to explore journaling? Want to close your eyes and be taken on a journey? This feature is for you!

COURSES - This feature allows people to take their meditation practice and happiness journey to a deeper level.

Whilst The Happy Habit was launched in 2020, Fleur Chambers is committed to regular updates based on the feedback from her subscribers and latest trends. In 2020 the app was updated to include the favourites function, an ability to see what you have listened to previously and more free content. In 2021 the app had a significant upgrade with the introduction of the course feature and the music feature within explore. Another upgrade is scheduled for 2022.
