A request is sent to service providers who are qualified for repairs on that particular machine and quotes are submitted.
The recent addition of UP! Video Chat enables real-time video conferencing, through a virtual visit, allowing the service requestor to actually show the inside of the machine via a phone or tablet. Through UP! Video Chat, the diagnosis and repair can often begin virtually and the service provider can develop a more accurate estimate is an on-site repair is needed. Quotes can then be reviewed and the service provider is selected and scheduled.
