ThinkLessStress is a mental fitness coaching app. The app contains educational content and activities on increasing your mental fitness. The welcome topic introduces mental fitness and how increasing your mental fitness can help you improve how you respond to stress.
There are 11x 4-week topics which introduce the evidence-based techniques in neuroscience relating to each topic. Following the educational content, are activities to complete including assessments and exploratory coaching questions to help you build habits incorporating what you have learnt in the app. There are habit trackers and weekly reflection logs to keep track of your progress through the app. You also have access to the community support channels and messaging service to send questions to me.
You have lifetime access to the topics you select to complete. There is an option to have online coaching sessions with me alongside working through the app topics.
