Thnks is a digital gratitude platform and mobile app that empowers business professionals to build better relationships by sharing personalized gestures of appreciation in a thoughtful, efficient way, while incorporating technology, program analytics, compliance adherence and the science of gratitude. On a mission to transform the way people share gratitude in the workplace and beyond, Thnks has created a movement across workplaces nationwide with more than 15,000 gestures of appreciation sent through their platform every single week, integrating gratitude into the daily lives of thousands of users.
The Thnks app welcomes users with a homepage with categories of “Thnks” to send. Users can browse through, search for something specific, or go to their favorites. Some of the most popular are the “Thnks a Latte” or a “Let’s Taco Soon” Lunch. After finding the perfect Thnks for their occasion, the gesture is sent through email or text. The recipient doesn’t have to have the Thnks app to redeem their Thnks, and the sender can come back to see if and when their gesture was received.
