Best Upon Request

This app allows customers of Best Upon Request, a concierge service provider, to communicate and track requests submitted to their concierge on the go, plus view service history and access vendor options. The app is integrated with Sales Force, which is used by Best Upon Request to manage customer relationships. A companion app has also been launched for Concierge's. The companion app allows the Concierge to manage and fulfill requests on the go. They no longer have to log into Sales Force to respond and manage customer requests. The app has created a significant competitive advantage for Best Upon Request, increasing customer satisfaction and retention rates.
