• Fingerprint and Face ID biometric access: CaixaBank becomes the first bank in Spain to incorporate Apple's latest release - the Face ID identification technology of its new iPhone X - to its mobile applications. Neo is the CaixaBank App’s virtual Assistant using Artificial Intelligence capable of helping our clients to improve their experience with the CaixaBank application. Using natural language and in a conversational way its main function is to go along with our clients at all times with the following functionalities:
? Resolution of doubts about CaixaBank products, hiring processes and operations.
? Office locator through integration with Google Maps
? Derivation to a human agent when Neo does not know how to solve the client's doubt, this redirects a human agent who will help the client in the same chat
? Proactive and reactive messages through Neo: we generate a new concept of commercial impact with proactive messages that will allow us to offer related products by adjusting the message according to the customer. The aim of this new prescription format is to have a deep understanding of the client to offer him accurate interests.
Today, Neo's artificial intelligence is composed of more than 1,000 frequently asked questions and a training consisting of more than 50,000 different question forms. The main objective is to expand the scope of knowledge of the tool as well as its abilities.
