The new mobile applications reflect the dedication of BGE, ComEd, and PECO to innovation and delivering premier customer experiences. Some of the applications' cutting-edge features include detailed energy usage information (including bill comparison over time, bill forecasting, usage data, and usage trends), alerts (including upcoming payment reminders, notifications when a bill is ready to be viewed, and outage status updates), and effortless bill pay. The new “slide to pay" option allows users to pay their energy bills in full with the simple swipe of a finger, right from their mobile device's home screen.
