GoToMeeting’s Handoff feature makes it easy for mobile users to start a meeting from their mobile device and seamlessly switch to a desktop without having the re-launch the meeting or cause disruptions during the transition. GoToMeeting also allows for presenter-switching capabilities, enabling participants to become presenters with the press of a button.
GoToMeeting pairs perfectly with users’ favorite applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Google calendar, simplifying how meetings are scheduled. Other features such as One-Touch Dialer and Quick Join were created as an alternative to Internet audio in low-bandwidth areas. One-Touch Dialer for iOS and Android allows users to join a GoToMeeting session in one click, while Quick Join displays upcoming meetings on the app screen, allowing users to join with the touch of a button.
The GoToMeeting app is available for download online in the Apple iTunes store, on Google Play and in the Windows store. The app is free to download with the purchase of a GoToMeeting Plus, Pro or Starter plan.
