98point6’s technology assists doctors by optimizing and completing tasks that don’t require direct physician interaction. For example, when a patient starts a visit in the 98point6 app, rather than having doctors ask initial questions, gather patient history or chart information, 98point6’s AI technology does it for them. This extends the reach of 98point6’s doctors, lowering the cost of care while allowing physicians to focus on their highest value activity: treating patients.
Once the app’s technology gathers information on a patient's symptoms, a board-certified physician will join the visit and engage with the patient via private and secure in-app messaging. The physician can diagnose, treat, order prescriptions and labs as needed, and answer any health-related questions, no matter how large, small or embarrassing. A patient will then receive a personalized care plan detailing their diagnosis and treatment.
98point6 services are available under two plans: a personal plan or a plan offered through an employer. Personal plans are available for a low introductory rate of $20 per year, with no visit fees or usage fees. Employer-sponsored plans are covered by employers.
