About Psngr
Psngr is a mileage tracking and reimbursement platform for self-employed and SMBs (2-100 mobile employees). The app runs on iOS and Android, and the web dashboard (https://psngr.co) is available for admin / manager access.
Psngr app offers an elegant and easy to use interface that allows separating trips into multiple businesses using hashtags. This is ideal for independent couriers who work for multiple delivery companies like UberEats, Doordash, Instacart, Grubhub, etc.
Modes of transport
The app automatically records and detects driving, bicycling, walking, public transit and flights. Though driving is of-course the most common use case, many couriers (in Europe) are also using (e-)bikes.
Mileage Rates
The app bundles standard mileage rates in 20+ countries, including US and Canada of-course. You can also create custom rates, and even tiered rates, for instance $0.50 for the first 5K miles of the fiscal year, and $0.35 for each mile above 5K.
Vehicles
Psngr supports an unlimited number of vehicles, and records odometer entries for each vehicle separately. You can add an odometer entry periodically, in order to sync the app with the vehicle’s odometer. Any deviation between the mileage recorded with the app and the actual odometer appears in the mileage report.
Reports
Reports are generated weekly, monthly or annually (default = monthly) based on report rules, which are configurable of-course. You can also create an ad-hoc report at any time from the app or the web dashboard.
The mileage report includes a summary with business vs. personal mileage breakdown, a detailed list of the trips logged in the report period, and a summary of vehicle data for the period (start/end odometers, odometer deviation, etc.)
Reports can be downloaded as XLS, CSV or PDF.
For team accounts, reports can be submitted by the employee, reviewed and approved by the team manager.
Psngr Beacon
Psngr Beacon is a BLE USB dongle that is sold separately and can be plugged in the vehicle. The beacon connects with the app and increases tracking accuracy. The beacon also enables vehicle sharing functionality, where multiple drivers use the same car and all trips are logged (by each driver) using the same shared vehicle in the app.

Psngr Enterprise
Psngr Enterprise provides a company account suitable for managing employees in multiple teams. Enterprise offers additonal features on top of Psngr Pro, including mileage report reimbursement, payroll integration, shared vehicles, and more.
