We listened to our customers’ needs and integrated modern innovative technologies to provide them with an exceptional experience. Through the app, customers can:
· easily and securely login to access all things insurance through features like facial recognition. And, they can access critical features like roadside assistance and insurance ID cards without logging in.
· enjoy a sleek new design on the Overview screen that ensures their key account notifications are front and center. And, with integration to Apple Watch, customers can check a message from their agent or pull up policy information on demand.
· file claims easily and effortlessly when “life” moments happen. Simply upload photos of damage and get a claim status any time by asking Siri to “check claims status” or access our claims milestone tracker.
· get support, which is just a chat away. Customers can also call, text or e-mail their agent. And, for technical assistance, we’ve teamed up with Apple Business Chat to provide state of the art help.
