The Spark of a Vision: It all started with a dream, not just a task. For us, the idea was never about simply creating a mobile app — it was about bringing real, tangible value to the residents of NEOM communities. We envisioned a place where every service, from community news, events, recreation facilities bookings, barbershop and Beauty Salon appointments, cinema reservations, dining E-Wallet, menus, catering orders and payments, could be accessed and processed easily, right at the fingertips of the residents.
"We wanted to create something that would make NEOM people's lives easier and more connected. A platform that could unite us all, give us the power to access everything we need, and help us grow stronger as a community."
Our motivation wasn’t driven by a mere assignment. It was a mission: to bring all community services into the hands of the residents. This motto fueled everything from the initial brainstorming sessions to the long nights of coding, planning, and collaborating.
The Team Comes Together: We gathered a group of passionate individuals who shared this vision. Together, we set out to create the Community Life App, a digital hub designed to transform how people interact with their neighborhoods. But the road ahead was not simple. We knew that creating an app with such diverse services—more than 25 connected backend systems—would be no easy feat.
Over time, the Community Life App became more than just a tool—it became a platform for real change. Community services thrived with increased engagement, neighbors connected in ways they never had before, and residents felt more empowered to take charge of their community.
For us, it wasn’t about the accolades or recognition. It was about the deep satisfaction of knowing that our dream had come to life. The app had become a trusted part of the community, serving as a bridge between community services and the residents who needed them most with more than 12,000 active users and 100,000 hits/day.

As our Community Life App continues to evolve, we will further expand its features and services to continuously meet the needs of NEOM community residents. We will be introducing a range of future services and features that can enhance the app, fostering deeper community engagement and making it an indispensable tool for residents. These include updates related to recreation, food and catering, transportation, logistics and retail, pets services, and several other housing services, such as unit access, key requests, and occupancy-related requests.
Additionally, we are exploring more options that will have a significant impact on livability, sustainability, and the development of smart cities. These initiatives are part of our ongoing effort to improve the experience for all residents and support smarter, more efficient urban living.
The Community Life App is not just about the technology behind it—it's about the people it serves. It’s a testament to what happens when passion meets innovation, and when a dream to improve the lives of others is turned into reality. What began as a mission has blossomed into a platform that connects, empowers, and transforms communities, helping to build a better future, one neighborhood at a time.
The journey may have started with a dream, but it is far from over. The app will continue to evolve, new features will be added, and communities will keep growing stronger, together.
